Postpartum Support Rates:

• In-Home Daytime Support- $35/hour

  Three hours minimum, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM to 3 PM. Includes but is not limited to: postpartum support of birthing person, feeding and baby care support, assistance with older children, light housework & meal prep.

• In-Hospital Immediate Support after Birth 

  Up to two hours. Includes but is not limited to: postpartum support of birthing person, assistance with initial feeding, education & support for family members on how to care for the birthing parent & baby going forward. Can also include staying with the birthing parent if baby is needing medical attention on another unit.

• Support Coordination - On a case-by-case basis

  For families whose baby is requiring additional medical attention for a few days or weeks, I can help to coordinate childcare, meals, errands, transportation, accompaniment to appointments, etc. so that parents can give their full attention to baby's care as well as attend to their own personal health & wellness.

• I do not offer overnight support at this time.

Package #1 – 50 hours for the price of 45

 

50 hours of daytime postpartum support, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm, scheduled in 3 hour minimum visits 

Total cost: $1575

​

Package #2 – 20 hours for the price of 18

20 hours of daytime postpartum support, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm, scheduled in 3 hour minimum visits 

Total cost: $630

 

Hourly Rate - If you prefer to not package hours, I offer my services at $35/hour
